Gibbon: 94 CFS; Madison at W. Yellowstone 370 CFS; Firehole at Old Faithful 53 CFS. The Firehole at Madison Junction is 241 CFS
The Firehole, Gibbon and Madison Rivers are open to angling. perfect. These rivers are fishing fair to good. Spruce moths and caddis are on the water as are some small mayflies and midges. Hopper patterns also working in the Gibbon and Madison River meadows. A caddis pattern dry or wet is advised. Size of flies are 10-20.
Pack bear spray!! Be safe and know Yellowstone has their own Covid 19 Plans and Procedures to follow, so have a mask handy when in a crowded parking lot.
A valid YNP Fishing License is required. North Fork Anglers sells those licenses for anglers passing through Cody on the way to Yellowstone.
